Our training incorporates multiple aspects of fitness and body development, Calisthenics and Plyometric training to help build explosive lean muscle, and intensive cardio to gain endurance. Team Legacy’s close quarter techniques stand second to none. We create high energy scenarios to best display real combat situations. This allows the student to be able to train effective techniques for each situation, that in short, “actually work.”
