Master Jones began his journey into
the martial arts at the age of 14, in Katy Texas, under the private instruction
of Grandmaster Frank Santarose. He trained for several hours a day, frequenting
5 to 6 days a week. As a top student under Grandmaster Santarose, Master Scott
became an instructor in his school. During this time, he developed a passion
and talent for teaching and coaching the students. Master Jones now holds more
than 20 years of professional teaching, including 9 years of instructing under
the Chuck Norris Kickstart kids foundation. Master Jones has taught and
mentored thousands of students over the years, including numerous AAU state and
national champions. As a founder and Master Instructor of Team Legacy Martial Arts,
he continues to teach and inspire others to be the best that they can be through
the vehicle of Martial Arts.
Instructor/Director Michael Scionti
2nd Degree Black Belt
Michael Scionti started training in the traditional Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do at the age of 15.After achieving black belt, Michael began to teach under Master Chris Herbst at Pure Force Tae Kwon Do in Long Island NY. During this time, he had the privilege of training under world renowned Grandmaster Duk Sung Son, under whom he achieved his 2nd Degree Black belt. Michael continued training under Grand Master Son until his passing in 2011. Michael then began cross training in other styles of martial arts in order to become a more diverse martial artist. Michael presently resides in the Katy, Texas where he and Master Scott Jones joined forces to found Team Legacy Martial Arts.
Instructor Pete Lang
1st Degree Black Belt
Kyo Sa Nim Pete Lang has trained for over 10 years in traditional Tae-Kwon Do. At the age of six, Pete began training under Master Scott Jones, where he earned his first degree black belt. He has since expanded his knowledge of martial arts to include close quarters combat, adding ground techniques to his library of striking, making him a well-rounded mixed martial arts coach.

High Brown
Brooke began training in traditional Tae Kwon Do at a young age. She trained for four years before taking a break to focus on her education. She then continued her training under Master Scott Jones and found a passion and talent for learning and coaching the other students.
